Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can French green beans
  • 1 can yellow wax beans
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1 can garbanzo beans
  • ½ cup minced onion
  • ½ cup green pepper, sliced
  • ½ cup oil
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Drain beans in a non-metal container. Add pepper and onion.
  • Mix all other ingredients.
  • Toss together and chill overnight in liquid.
