Bean Salad
Recipe by Brenda Cheek Brinn
- 1 can French green beans
- 1 can yellow wax beans
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 1 can garbanzo beans
- ½ cup minced onion
- ½ cup green pepper, sliced
- ½ cup oil
- ½ cup vinegar
- ½ tsp pepper
- ⅔ cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Drain beans in a non-metal container. Add pepper and onion.
Mix all other ingredients.
Toss together and chill overnight in liquid.
